In this city, night doesn’t simply fall - it negotiates.
With the streetlamps, to glow just dim enough.
With the trees, to whisper only to those who know how to listen.
With the people, to forget who they are and remember who they could’ve been.

The album When the Night Holds All is an audio document accidentally recovered from the archives of the Bureau for Emotional Anomaly Control. Its author - NEX - is presumably human, though in some recordings he sounds like a city, in others like the moon, and in one - like a woman standing beneath an orange tree, speaking to a taxi.

Each track is an episode from the nocturnal life of a place where streets behave like living things and stars act as passive observers, recording everything but never interfering. The music doesn’t just play - it happens. It can only be heard by those who aren’t entirely sure whether they’re awake.
